Due to the nature of our business the applicant will need to have a bast understanding, knowledge and love for South American food and culture. Will be required to promote and describe our services and menus in English and Spanish. The candidate will need to be able to suggest and implement additions or changes to our menus in order to achieve the level of authentic South American food we are looking food. Our Sous Chef will also need to be able to innovate base on traditional recipes and techniques but incorporating new technologies and trends aiming for a nice and interesting balance that expresses and represent the core essence of our business, which is the blend of South American and Irish cultures and the traditions meeting innovation.
