Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Main duties include Assisting with reception duties, tour guiding and role play at the Dunbrody Famine Ship and at the JFK Homestead. 
Assisting with booking in, planning, organising tours under the guidance of the Duty Manager in charge on the day.  
Assisting with managing the Grab & Go area in Reception.
Assisting with the recording of all bookings/tours accurately on the booking system
Assisting in providing knowledge of activities, attractions and accommodation in the area to the customers on request
Assisting with reconciling the tills in the evening when required.
