Arco Fleet Maintenance Ltd (t/a Arco Ford) is seeking multiple Mechanical Engineers for their premises at Unit 5 Dunshaughlin Business Park, Dunshaughlin, A85 H732 and Coolmine Industrial Estate, Blanchardstown Dublin D15 HF51.

The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Inspect, diagnose, and repair automobiles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Specialised expertise in troubleshooting and repairing various vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Conduct testing and calibration of vehicle systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, contributing to organised and efficient workflow.
Communicate with customers to understand vehicle issues, provide explanations of necessary repairs, and address any concerns or questions.
Address modern vehicle complexities and efficiently handle repairs or replacements.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities meet high-quality standards, promoting customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Requirements
Be a diagnostic mechanical engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
A professional working level of English is required.
Must have good teamwork and communication skills.
