The candidate must be an experience Chef or similar capacity. The candidate will need to have at least 5 Years experience in similar capacity. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation together with the director, menu creation. meals preparation and cooking, stock controls and hygiene management. Knowledge on Chinese will be advantageous. The candidate will be require to work on 39 hours a week at the business's premise located at 72 West Street, Moneymore, Drogheda, County Louth A92 KN60.
