We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and personable Brewery Tour Guide to join our team! As the face of our brewery, you will lead engaging tours, educate visitors on the brewing process, and promote our products through interactive tastings. You’ll provide an outstanding customer experience and foster a deep appreciation for our craft beers.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead guided tours of the brewery, explaining the brewing process from start to finish.
    Share the history and story of [Brewery Name], including our core values, beer styles, and brewing philosophy.
    Conduct beer tasting sessions, describing flavor profiles, brewing methods, and proper tasting techniques.
    Ensure a fun, educational, and safe environment for all visitors.
    Answer visitor questions about the brewery, beer, and brewing process.
    Promote and sell brewery products (beer, merchandise, memberships) during and after tours.
    Follow health, safety, and alcohol compliance regulations.
    Assist with event coordination when necessary.

Qualifications:

    Passion for craft beer and a strong understanding of brewing techniques.
    Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or public speaking role.
    Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—ability to engage diverse groups of people.
    Basic knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and ingredients (training will be provided).
    Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
    Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
