Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Are you looking for a career in Healthcare, Hospitality, Housekeeping and  Social Activities. 
St. Lazerian's House is a residential care unit for 20 older people where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a Healthcare\Hospitality environment. Lots of training opportunities available within the programme including Healthcare Support QQI Level 5, HACCP, First Aid and Manual Handling to name just a few. Daily duties will involve working in the Kitchen, Laundry, Day Care, general housekeeping and working alongside the Healthcare Assistant.
