Doyle Agri Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Heavy Duty Construction Plant, Rail Plant, and Agricultural Machinery. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a candidate with experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and after-sales support, as well as technical training in hydraulics and electrical systems in aforementioned machinery. Key Responsibilities: Design, troubleshoot, and maintain large mechanical systems, including diggers, rail plant, and heavy construction equipment. Perform diagnostics, fault analysis, and implement solutions for machinery used in construction and rail industries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise machine performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections, testing, and improvements to ensure machinery meets safety and compliance standards. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring operational excellence. Provide technical support and training to the maintenance and operations teams, ensuring best practices in equipment care and use. Work closely with after-sales teams to offer ongoing maintenance support to customers and resolve technical issues. Qualifications: Certificate of Competence in Maintenance and After-Sales for large machinery. Strong understanding of hydraulics and technical training in electrical systems for agricultural machinery. Previous experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of large-scale machines. Experience with mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and understanding of powertrain, hydraulics, and control systems. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements for heavy machinery.
