An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dynamic Senior Duty Manager to join a prestigious hotel. This is a pivotal role that ensures seamless operational management across multiple departments, including the bar, restaurant, conference rooms, housekeeping, and reception. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards across all operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
Ensure high-quality food and beverage service in the bar/restaurant.
Maintain conference rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared for events.
Provide hands-on operational support during peak times and key events.
Respond to guest feedback, addressing complaints and ensuring a professional, hospitable image.
Lead, supervise, and develop the team, promoting adherence to hotel standards.
Manage shift-related administration, including meetings and safety protocols.

Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality sector.
