Back to Front Hospitality Ltd, 34 Washington Street, Cork, Co. Cork requires a head Chef for our restaurant, Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas 18-21 St Patricks Street, Cork, T12 HC60. Five yrs. min experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine. To organise other kitchen staff and observe that dishes prepared by other chefs are of the highest standard and quality.
