Reynolds Motor Engineering Limited is recruiting multiple HGV Mechanics - Mechanical Engineers for our premises at Tonesroad Walderstown Athlone Westmeath N37 EH24

The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.


We are now recruiting for permanent full-time qualified  HGV Technicians.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Perform routine maintenance on HGVs, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Repair or replace defective parts and systems, such as engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
Use diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify vehicle issues
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, contributing to organized and efficient workflow.
Interpret diagnostic test results and determine appropriate repair actions.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide professional and courteous service to all clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Be a HGV Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
A professional working level of English is required.
Must have good teamwork and communication skills
