Machinelab Ltd is looking for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant with experience in manufacturing or engineering. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and supply chain regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Prepare and analyse the month-end management accounts pack.
•	Prepare cash flow forecasts.
•	Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts.
•	Manage the monthly payroll process.
•	Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
•	Manage revenue returns.
•	Collaborate with third parties such as tax advisors, pension consultants, and banks.
•	Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Managing Director.
•	Support project initiatives and continuous improvement tasks.
•	Assist with financial analysis, queries, and ad-hoc reporting as required.

Candidate Requirements:
•	Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, with experience in accounts preparation.
•	Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.
•	Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•	Proficient in MS Excel and other IT systems.
•	Energetic, ambitious, and possessing a strong work ethic.
•	Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
•	Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
