Gourmetize located at 4 Kenmare Parade, Phibsborough, Dublin, D07H6C4, is seeking to hire a Management Consultant and Business Analyst specialising in data analytics. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the same environment.
The duties include: understands the unique objectives and vision of the high-end catering business, specialising in immersive and sensory-rich dining experiences.  Identifies opportunities and challenges related to business strategy, market positioning, service delivery, and operational processes to enhance the bespoke offerings.  Determines the most effective methods for gathering insights and conducts thorough research to analyse and interpret data related to market trends, client preferences, and industry best practices.  Develops tailored recommendations and innovative solutions that align with the commitment to creating memorable, multi-sensory dining experiences.  Provides strategic advice based on research findings to drive growth, optimise operations, and elevate the overall guest experience, ensuring every aspect of the service contributes to the ambience and enjoyment of clients' events.
