Candidate Requirements Essential: • Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 2 Years of chef Experience • Minimum Qualification : Level 4 (inch Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programmed) OR HACCP Desirable: • Ability Skills : Catering, Hospitality • Competency Skills : Flexibility, Teamwork • Additional Skills : HACCP • Specialization In : N/A Experienced and passionate Commis Chef is sought at Fade Street Social, Fade Street, Dublin 2. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of Two years relevant experience. Previous Commis Chef experience is essential. Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full-time role.
