HYDERABADI CUISINE LIMITED looking to recruit Head Chef on a full time basis (39 hours per week) In Hyderabadi Cuisine Limited, trading as Mehfil, at Unit 46, Porters Road, Coolmine Industrial Estate Dublin, Dublin 15, Ireland D15 KTVO, salary is €34,000 per annum, with minimum 2 years Contract. A suitable candidate will mainly be responsible for Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities. Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings. Approving and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer.
