Cheesemaker required to assist in the production of various cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, halloumi, feta, ricotta, paneer, cheddar and yogurt, all made exclusively by buffalo milk sourced locally from our farms.

Key requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety & quality
- Some experience in cheesemaking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organisational and leadership skills for the supervision and guidance of support staff
