Orange SRBJ Limited T/A Green Chilli Indian restaurant, are looking for a full time Chef who specialization is in Indian Cuisine , to join our team. Must have 3 years’ experience in a busy kitchen. The Chef must be specialized in cooking Tandoori and curry dishes, in Indian Home Style. Role, Responsibility and alongside some of these more general skills that Sous Chef should possess:

What are the main duties of a Sous Chef? :

	Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
	Cooking and preparing high quality Indian Traditional  dishes
	Supervising all kitchen stations, motivating and working closely with others Chefs and Team member of all levels.
	Being responsible for health and safety and also responsible for food hygiene practices.
	Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
	Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
	Minimum 3 years relevant experience
	Awareness of manual handling techniques
	Experience of kitchen equipment
Alongside some of these more general skills, all good Sous Chefs should possess:
	Good knowledge of all sections
	Ability to produce good quality food
	Good oral communication
	Team management skills
	High level of attention to detail
	Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you
	Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes
	Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work with positive and approachable manner to all level team players.

Salary of 34000 euro per annum based on a 39 hour week.
