The main duties and responsibilities of the Senior HSQE Advisor are outlined as follows: Work as part of a team in the safe delivery of our projects, embracing the ethos of a “one team” culture. Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards, policies, and procedures are always adhered to on-site. Instil a positive Health and Safety culture within the team in their thinking and actions. Ensure compliance with current Environmental, Health and Safety legislation and maintain awareness of legislative changes and industry standards. Provide onsite HSQE presence during construction and operations to ensure HSQE controls, mitigation measures are implemented, maintained and performance monitored Help senior advisors to develop Site Construction Stage plans, traffic management, waste management, etc. with the project team and monitor their implementation. Ensure the Company carries out the duties of PD, PC and Contractor. Ensure all internal and external EHS reporting requirements are complied with
