Slane Trading Company Limited/The Millhouse, based at The Old Mill, Slane, Co. Meath is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. With a strong background in product management, data analysis, and sales negotiation and pitch optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing sales processes, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing overall business performance. The Sales Manager will leverage their expertise in market intelligence, product positioning, and strategic planning to develop effective sales strategies that align with business goals. Engage across all Wedding Venue platforms to maximize new and repeated wedding bookings and develop packages to generate corporate business deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Discuss employer’s or client’s requirements, ensuring sales strategies align with business goals.
Conduct surveys and analyze customer reactions to product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
Handle customer accounts and build long-term client relationships.
Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales staff to develop a high-performance team.
Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
Monitor and maintain sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and pricing to enhance profitability.
Keep up to date with product developments competition and competitive market trends.
Work cross-functionally with logistics and marketing to enhance customer satisfaction.
Drive process improvements to optimize sales operations and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in sales management or product management or strategic planning.
Certifications in Product Management and/or Project Management & Negotiation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across all wedding Venue platforms
Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
Ability to optimize sales processes perfect pitch and enhance customer engagement.
Analyses sales data, prepare information for proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Prepare and present key indicators for strategic decision-making and price point and optimization
Prepare management reports to provide actionable insights to management

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
