Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

To upkeep the garden/yard by mowing lawn, weeding, spraying watering, planting etc.
Keeping gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter.
To upkeep the maintenance tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and good working condition.
To perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed.
To ensure adequate maintenance materials and equipment are in stock to avoid shortages and excesses.
To ensure daily maintenance activities are recorded.
To ensure equipment and systems are inspected daily and analyse any repairs requests and report to manager.
