We specialize in creating high-quality, tourism accommodation, residential, and commercial developments that enhance communities. We have several exciting projects, where we require a creative and ambitious architect interested in raising the standard of design generally produced in Ireland.

We are seeking a RIAI registered architect, with 5 – 10 years’ experience, who will be responsible for conceptualising and designing outstanding tourist and accommodation-related projects. Liaise with clients, local authorities, contractors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood and incorporated into the design.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related queries, and ensure the design intent is being adhered to, providing technical support.

Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into the project delivery, including energy-efficient design, sustainable materials, and green building standards.

Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Skills & Experience Required:

A recognized degree in Architecture, with professional RIAI accreditation.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an architect, with a proven track record in residential and mixed-use developments from concept through to construction. Experience in a private property development environment is highly advantageous.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Familiarity with BIM is essential, and experience in managing digital workflows is a plus.

Solid experience in taking projects from design concept to completion, including involvement in planning applications, BCAR(AC/DC), Fire and Access certificate applications, technical documentation, Health and Safety documentation including design risk assessments and PSDP role, and on-site support.

In-depth understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR, planning processes, planning exemptions, and construction codes, especially as they apply to residential developments.
