Name of employer: FJ Restaurants Limited trading as The Butcher Grill Description of employment: Job Title Business Development Manager Responsible for conducting specialist business development and market analysis research. Advises and makes recommendations to company related to business development and innovation based on business and market research findings. In charge of developing and managing measurable business development projects strategies. Planning for and executing integrated business innovation campaigns and strategies. Preparing business development and innovation analysis reports. Acts as company brand strategist. Responsible for providing specialist business development and innovation advice to the management team in order to enhance business development and innovation strategies. Attending and participating in all relevant trade shows and industry workshops and conferences. Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the business identifying problems concerned with business strategy, operations, innovation and development. Advises and makes recommendations in relation to business processes and operations to maximise business performance. Liaise with Restaurant Manager. Monitor the daily operation of restaurant from business development perspective. Identify and review areas that require improvement. Set KPI’s and monitor completion of same. Be target driven. Maximise turnover where possible. Identify areas where costs can be reduced. Ensure all restaurants are compliant with regulations. Monitor staffing levels and hours worked. Report to the key stakeholders of the business on a regular basis. Minimum annual remuneration €45000 per year. Location of employment 92 Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
