Job Overview:
Britvic Ireland’s R&D and PMO teams are at the forefront of driving our innovation and growth. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead complex, high-impact programs from strategy to execution. This is a pivotal role for someone who is business-minded, collaborative, and passionate about delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and oversight of all programs within the PMO, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee multiple project teams, aligning project goals with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, resources, deliverables, risks, timelines, and budgets.
Deliver concise monthly performance reports to the Executive team, highlighting key risks and required actions.
Manage and mentor a team of Program/Project Managers, building a high-performance, delivery-focused culture.
Monitor project deliverables and integrate work plans and budgets across partners.
Partner across functions to enable flawless delivery of key objectives, ensuring compliance with Britvic’s Stage and Gate process.
Embed sustainability considerations in all program activities.
Drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide strategic leadership and foster collaboration at all levels.

Requirements:
Proven track record in delivering complex programs in a matrixed environment.
Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
Experience in people management and cross-functional team leadership.
Professional qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2).
Strong strategic thinking and personal accountability.
Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
