About Company
Established in 2011 with a shop front to many customers coming from afar and
with over 40 years of butchering experience, we quickly realised the need for
the Muslim community to have easy access to high quality halal meat, great customer service and butchers they could trust. We prioritise hygiene, housekeeping and trust in our company and we expect to maintain the great reputation which we have built here in Dublin over the past decade. 
 

Salary: €34,000 per annum

 
Hours: 39 hour work week (Monday to Sunday)

 
Location:  Costless Supermarket, The Plaza Complex, Tallaght, Dublin D24P9CC

Job Responsibilities
Tasks:

 slaughters animals and removes skin, hide, hairs, internal organs, etc.

 cuts or saws carcasses into manageable portions.

 removes bones, gristle, surplus fat, rind and other waste material.

 cuts carcass parts into chops, joints, steaks, etc. for sale.

 prepares meat for curing or other processing; cleans tools and work surfaces.

 responsible for receiving and storing meat products and adhering to sanitary and health regulations about meat quality.

 greet, negotiate and sell to customers.

 uphold great customer service throughout the day.

 keep records of inventory and transactions, and advise customers on cooking each cut of meat to satisfaction.
