Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords, Co Dublin, wishes to recruit a Sous Chef, minimum 5 years’ experience; to undertake menu selection/rotation, ingredients procurement and to ensure that the food offerings are created, cooked and presented to the highest quality standards.
