Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties:

•	Implement cleaning and maintenance schedules in the canteen and kitchen in line with HACCP requirements

•	Maintain charts and checklists regarding HACCP requirements

•	Coordinate with the Caretaker as required to ensure the smooth running of the canteen and kitchen

•	Maintain stock control of all canteen and kitchen supplies

•	Liaise with the Catering Instructor and General Manger regarding operational improvements to support a smooth running operation

•	Attendance at training programmes as required

•	Complete attendance records as required

•	Carry out other duties that may be assigned from time to time
