Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of appropriate programmes and activities. • Strive to ensure that young people play an active role in the programmes and activities. • Communicate effectively and develop a rapport with young people. • Assist young people to express and realise their goals. • Perform in the role with safety of young people as a priority. • Provide support to young people • Assist young people in evaluating the impact of programmes and activities on their education and development. • Undertake other role relevant duties under the direction and guidance of the line manager/role supervisor. • Participation in Training Events, Staff Meetings and Support & Supervision Sessions • Participation in Work Reviews & Meetings. Any other duties that may arise in relation to this position.
