Recruitment Team Leader required to work at Nickyjallure Limited Based at 61 Rathbeale Road, Commons West, Swords, K67 P8W6. The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, and a degree will be considered an advantage. Main duties are: Determines staffing and recruitment requirements; Manages all aspects of the recruitment process including writing and advertising jobs, reviewing applications, screening applicants, interviewing, reference checking and making job offers; Oversees the preparation of job descriptions; Oversees the onboarding and monitoring of employee performance and career development needs;  Provides or arranges for provision of training courses;  Develops and administers HR policies and procedures including salary, benefits, health and safety and promotion policies; Examines and reports and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows, etc. Stays abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy, and recommends appropriate action.
