Your role as Heavy Plant Fitters will involve Electrical & Mechanical maintenance and repair of our Plant Machinery, such as Compactors, Diggers, Front Loaders etc

This is a permanent, Full-time position.

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Starting rate €38,000 per annum.

Duties include but are not limited to:

 Maintenance installation, diagnostics and repair of service plant and machinery, engines and hydraulics – electrical and mechanical
 Fitting and assembly of parts and/or metal subassembly to fine tolerances
 Examination of drawings and specifications to determine appropriate methods and sequence of operations
 To ensure preventative maintenance, repair work, overhauls and installations as appropriate are carried out
 Fault find mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical faults and repair equipment in breakdown situations
 Clear understanding of Diagnostic equipment and procedures
 To anticipate, report or repair any equipment requiring remedial work that may affect the continuity of Plant operations.
 To complete accurate records for all work completed using Service and Inspection schedules.
 To identify and maintain quantity and functionality of tools and equipment

The ideal candidate must have:

 Problem solving skills
 Great attention to detail
 Fluent English
 Previous experience in a similar role
