Job Description:
Macholl Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting HGV Drivers (Category CE) for permanent, full-time positions. The base of work will be in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin; however, due to the operational nature of the company and the dynamic nature of delivery activities, the place of work may vary depending on the assigned routes and delivery points.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform between 3 to 6 deliveries per day depending on the assignment
Operate articulated and rigid trucks in a safe and timely manner
Conduct daily vehicle checks (tyres, brakes, lights, fluids, etc.) prior to departure
Plan routes in collaboration with transport management, ensuring efficiency and compliance
Secure and distribute loads safely within the vehicle
Assist in loading and unloading as required
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, travel logs, and any incidents
Ensure compliance with all road safety, maintenance, and vehicle cleanliness standards

Job Requirements:
Valid Category CE driving licence
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an HGV delivery driver
Valid CPC certification
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Teamwork skills and good organisational ability
Flexibility to operate rigid trucks as required

Annual Salary: €41,100.80
p.h: €19.76
Hours per Week: 40h

Benefits:
Daily Meal Allowance: €16.29
Additional Pay Rates:
Saturday (6th working day): €29.64/hour
Bank Holidays (if worked): €39.52/hour
