Head Chef required to lead culinary team in new Thai Noodle Bar in Westport, Co. Mayo. 
Min 3 years experience in Thai food operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing menus, sourcing ingredients, managing food costs and liaising with ownership/management when establishing price points. Ability and experience in teaching Thai food preparation techniques is imperative.
Full-time position 40 hours/week.
