Collaborate with the Head Chef to direct food preparation. Help design the food menu. Produce high-quality plates, considering both design and taste. Oversee and supervise kitchen staff. Assist with menu planning. Keep station clean and comply with food safety standards. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment. Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchens performance. 

Cantonese desirable. 6 years experience as a Sous Chef in an Asian kitchen. Effective time management skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety legislation. Ability to work under pressure. Motivating presence to help staff overcome difficult situations.
