Job Advertisement: Sous Chef

Location: Drumcoura City Saloon

Start Date: 4th July 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months (with the option to extend based on mutual agreement)

Gross Annual Salary: €38,000

Are you an experienced sous chef with a passion for barbeque? We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to work with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As our sous chef, you will:

Work under our head chef and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while supervising kitchen staff in the absence of the head chef.

Ensure Food Safety: Adhere to HACCP regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Develop Menus with the head chef.

Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and support to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Employment Details:

Working Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 40 hours per week.

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum, excluding public holidays.
