Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties to include taking care of/maintaining the premises, furniture, equipment and fittings and buildings.
To carry out painting and renovation work in the centre as required.
To keep the centre grounds generally in good order by maintaining and cutting of all grass areas and prevention of litter i.e. playgrounds and communal areas.
Identify shrubs that require trimming and keep all hedges and shrubs in particular order ensuring that they don't pose a hazard. 
Weed the flowerbeds and pathways.  
Internal maintenance and cleaning as required.
Power washing of buildings, grounds and equipment as required.
Steaming of all floors and furniture.
