We are a high volume composite pallet block manufacturing company with state of the art equipment.
The job spec is as follows:

The successful candidate will be part of a maintenance team and report primarily to the sites chief electrician. The role will consist mainly of:
	Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control faults.
	Assist in the safe and efficient operation of maintenance systems.
	Carry out scheduled electrical routine maintenance. 
        Assist with the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance routines and engineering procedures.
	Assist in the electrical installation of capital projects.
	If necessary at times assisting with plant routine mechanical maintenance and breakdowns.
	Monitoring the computer maintenance and management system and ordering electrical spare parts as required.
	Assist in the electrical maintenance of the GP Wood Lissarda Sawmill. 
	Manage the upkeep of the spark detection and explosion detection system in the factory including organizing the annual services.
	Manage the CCTV system.
	Manage the fire alarm system.
	Your duties may change over time as per the requirements of the company.

Requirements: 

 Fully qualified Electrician.
 Familiar with electrical switchgear, controls, AC motors, inverters, etc.
 Ideally previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
 Strong communication skills.
 Ability to work under your own initiative.
