Job Title: Chef de Partie Company Name: The Kitchen Catering BBQ T/a Benvindo Work Location: 33 Foley Street, Dublin 1, Dublin, D01 V2H7 Job Description: The Kitchen Catering BBQ T/A Benvindo is a Brazilian restaurant located in the heart of Dublin, dedicated to delivering high-quality, authentic Brazilian cuisine. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a specific station within the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented in line with the Head Chef’s standards. This role includes executing recipes, maintaining proper organisation and supply of the station, and ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed. Main Duties: Preparation and cooking of authentic Brazilian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards Managing inventory and mise en place for the assigned station Collaborating closely with other chefs to ensure timely service during busy periods Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times Assisting in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in professional kitchens Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays Annual Salary: €34,000 Hour Salary: €16,77 Number of Hours per Week: 39 hours Start Date: 21/07/2025 To apply, please send your CV to the following email address: Info@thekc.ie Name: Adrienne Couto
