PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensuring all guests receive high standards of customer service and departmental profitability / control is achieved, to work closely as part of our management team, assisting where necessary. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager will be:
*  Responsible for the day to day management of McLaughlin’s Restaurant within the Castletroy Park Hotel.
*  Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
*  Ensure the highest level of standard of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
*  Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback.
*  Work closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen Team and Sales & Marketing Department.
*  Management, training and development of the Restaurant Team.
*  Achieve finance targets in relation to sales and costs (including payroll).
*  Duty Management shifts.
*  To deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company 
    procedure.


THE PERSON

*  Must have previous experience at Restaurant Management/Senor Supervisory level in a 4* Hotel Restaurant or 
   similar.
*  Have completed a 3rd level qualification in hospitality.
*  Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused individual.
*  Excellent people management skills.
