About Us We are a leading glass processing company based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, supplying high-quality glass products to clients across Ireland and beyond. Due to continued growth and demand, we are currently seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our production team. Role Overview As a General Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment used in glass cutting, polishing, and handling Load/unload glass sheets and finished products safely Inspect products for quality and report any defects Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures Assist with general housekeeping and maintenance tasks Work as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage, but not essential Good physical fitness – ability to lift and handle glass materials safely Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Flexibility to work shifts/overtime as required Positive attitude and willingness to learn
