Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.



Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

This position will require flexibility and the successful applicants may be asked to work in Clonard Community Centre, Coolcotts playing field or Corish Park green.
Using your own initiative and working as part of a team is important for the new role.
As part of the Community Employment scheme training will be provided and no experience is necessary.
There are many roles/tasks involved in this position which will include outdoor ground maintenance and indoor premises maintenance.
The Community Employment scheme Supervisor will assist you in identifying the role most suitable to you.
Flexible working  hours will be a necessary requirement.
