Liberty Recycling is a  rehabilitation and stabilisation programme. We are seeking a Warehouse Operative through the Community Employment (CE) Scheme. 

This is a unique opportunity to work with an organisation that blends social impact, sustainability, and personal recovery support.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in sorting, processing, and managing donated goods in a busy, eco-conscious warehouse.

Your Duties Will Include:
- Picking, grading, and sorting donated clothing  
- Operating baling machinery  
- Loading/unloading deliveries and handling stock  
- Forklift operation (training provided)  
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised  

 What You’ll Need:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work  
- A willingness to learn – no experience needed, full training provided  
- Must meet **Community Employment (CE) eligibility**:

CE Eligibility:
- Mainstream CE: You must be unemployed and on Jobseeker’s payments for a minimum of 12 months
- T-Code CE (Recovery Focused): You must be in recovery and actively engaged in a stabilisation or rehab programme to be eligible.
