Our client is seeking an Automation PLC Engineer with experience in Siemens and ABB PLCs as well as ABB and FANUC industrial robots to join their team. The role also involves creating and maintaining electrical schematics using EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical, developing automation documentation, and ensuring compliance with change control processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Ability to program, diagnose, and troubleshoot, Siemens PLC, and ABB PLC systems.

Experience with ABB and FANUC industrial robots, including programming, diagnostics, and integration into automated systems.

Develop and implement software solutions through change control processes while understanding the impact of actions on Manufacturing and Facilities equipment.

Provide technical and automation operational support to Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Facilities departments.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and sensor integration.

Generate, review, and maintain automation lifecycle documentation (e.g., URS, FDS, SDS, FAT, SAT).
