We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team at Douglas Village Shopping Centre, Douglas, Cork City. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, from sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts to managing inventory and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procurement regulations. You will work closely with vendors, maintain strong relationships, and help the company achieve its cost and efficiency goals through strategic purchasing and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
