Baycal Limited, is seeking a qualified Labour Relations Officer to support its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law, resolving workplace issues, and supporting fair and consistent HR practices. 

The role involves managing staff grievances, disciplinary procedures, performance concerns, and implementing company policies in alignment with legal and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, at least two years of relevant experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of employment legislation in Ireland.
