Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

This position will be based in the Carmelite Coffee Shop located on Aungier Street, Dublin 2.
Duties will include the following:
- Preparing and serving tea / coffee and light snacks for customers
- Serving sandwiches and cakes to customers
- Cash handling and cash register operation
- Restocking food supplies as necessary
- Monitoring of supplies and reporting any requirements to Manager
- Assisting with cleaning duties and ensuring that all areas of the Coffee Shop are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards expected
- Delivering quality customer service
