The Portobello Bar, 33 Richmond Street s, Saint Kevin’s, Dublin 2, D02 CF40 wishes to recruit a Sous Chef, minimum 5 years’ experience; to undertake menu selection/rotation, ingredients procurement and to ensure that the food offerings are created, cooked and presented to the highest quality standards. 
Annual salary €36000, 39 hours per week.
