Minimum of five years' experience as a chef, 2 years' commis experience required. Excellent cooking skills, following chefs' recipes with specialty knowledge in producing high-quality fusion dishes, and running a kitchen to a high standard. 
This is a full time permanent job. Salary €34,000 annually, working 39 hours a week.
