Commi Chef Apprenticeship Programme

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate person who is looking to start a career in the culinary arts. This is a fully funded, full time position for an Apprentice Commis Chef to join our team.

The Riverside Hotel is a busy, family ran hotel that values good staff. We are a progressive employer that not only encourages self-development but also assists. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and wants to develop their culinary skills further.

To qualify for this Apprenticeship;
· You must be 18 years or older.
· A qualification pass in a Level 4 of the National Framework of Qualifications or a Pass Leaving Certificate Applied.
   - Or 3 Years Trade Related experience
· This is a full-time role and requires you to work over a 7-day rota.
