What the Job Involves:
Ordering and Purchasing: Price and order parts from suppliers, keep track of deliveries and lead times.
Customer Service: Help farmers and contractors at the trade counter or over the phone with spare parts and technical queries.
Stock Management: Receive and check deliveries, keep the stores tidy and well-stocked, and work with a junior staff member to manage the space.
Dispatch and Packaging: Pack and ship orders to customers – both local and international.
General Duties: Load/unload deliveries, process sales through the till system, and assist with day-to-day running of the stores.
 
What We Are Looking For:
Someone with a strong interest in farm machinery or mechanical parts (experience is a bonus, but not essential).
Friendly and confident when dealing with farmers, hauliers, and suppliers.
Organised and reliable, with a good eye for detail.
Comfortable using a computer (email, basic stock system).
Capable of working on your own initiative and part of a team.
A good attitude and willingness to get stuck in are key.
