Responsibilities Reporting to Operations Manager you will be responsible for: • Monitoring incoming orders • Scheduling of orders to drivers • Ongoing rescheduling of loads and routes for both domestic and export distribution • Liaising with Drivers • Communicating with customers regarding delivery times • Updating order list • General Administration • Ad Hoc Duties • Possible travel to other site locations Candidate Requirements • Must be able to work as part of a team. • Be able to work in a pressurised team environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Fluency in spoken and written English • Ability to make quick decisions • Can work solely and on their own initiative. • Good knowledge in Excel What we offer - Life assurance - Company Uniform - Company Pension Scheme - Opportunities for overtime - Attractive Incentives - Wellbeing programme - Certified Training/Induction Hours of Work: The working days are 4 over 7 - 10 hrs shifts (incl weekends)
