The Medical Device Product Builder is responsible for assembling and inspecting medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a cleanroom or controlled environment. Assemble medical devices and components according to training, work instructions and SOPs. Perform precise measurements and use specialised tools for product assembly. Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain production workflow efficiency. Document production data and complete required reports and logs accurately. Follow cleanroom protocols, including gowning and hygiene requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Identify and escalate any quality or process issues to supervisors. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives Leaving cert or equivalent preferred, but not essential. Experience in medical device manufacturing or a similar regulated industry preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and dexterity for handling small components. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed. Full training will be provided on site.
