Talent Acquisition Manager Employer: Ecokell Location: Unit 8A Monahan Road, Cork, Ireland Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 39 hours per week Annual Salary: €34,000 Job Description: Ecokell is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and support business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent while also assisting with procurement-related functions to ensure smooth operational flow. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Develop talent pipelines to meet long-term staffing needs Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate hiring reports Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires Assist with supplier communications and document management for procurement needs Support compliance with HR and procurement policies and procedures Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, or related field Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion To Apply: Please send your CV and cover letter to info@ecokell.ie
